Our Work
We represent innovative clients at the cutting edge in construction, commercial and statute liability law and their management systems, advising them on contracts across Australia. Wherever your project is being undertaken, whether in NSW, the ACT, Victoria, Queensland or WA, we can help.
Back End Litigation
We provide pragmatic and commercially focused advice on all construction-related legislation, regulation, and laws based on your circumstances and commercial objectives. Our objective is to help you in navigating your entitlements including in an increasingly complex legislative framework. A key service is our track record in “big ticket” litigation achieved using our small group of advisors.
In the construction and engineering industries, a variety of contracts are used. If a project is complex, there will often be extensive negotiations and considerations to consider, right up until the project’s completion and beyond. As part of an assessment and initial advice on your prospects, we undertake a detailed review, so you have the information to make effective and prompt decisions about prosecuting your entitlements.
Front End Construction Law
We work on construction and infrastructure projects for Contractors, Principals, Project Managers, and design consultancies. All contracts must be clear and comprehensive to enable the proper management required of these complex relationships between all parties. We offer a full range of services in relation to these construction and infrastructure projects, from negotiating bespoke agreements and standard form contracts to providing prompt advice on the day-to-day legal issues that arise in relation to such projects in a way that works for you.
Governance & Compliance
We do extensive work on management systems and compliance frameworks and have experience in conducting strategic reviews and assessments within the framework of a company’s asset base, working capital and change management requirements.
Crisp Law’s specialist lawyers have extensive experience not only in the construction and infrastructure sectors, but also in SOP Act claims and defences, corporations law, offsetting claim entitlements, misleading and deceptive conduct, and unconscionable conduct based Australian Consumer Law entitlements.
We are pragmatic and focused construction and infrastructure specialists, working across construction, commercial and statute liability law. Our long term involvement with out clients emphasises our focus, promptness and dedication.
