David was admitted as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2022.
David has a high-level knowledge of building and construction laws in the various states where we represent our clients and has more than five years of experience working in the construction industry. David has experience overseeing commercial projects, including Commonwealth funded projects worth more than $100 million.
David has experience with insurance portfolio reviews, drafting & preparing compliance programs, and preparing contract risk reviews. These typically involve identifying key risks for contractors and subcontractors executing head contracts, such as design and insurance risks, to safeguard our clients. This covers both small and substantial projects with contract values ranging from $20 to $400 million. This work is frequently carried out for contracts in many different industries, such as residential structures and projects and commercial high-rise developments in Sydney, Victoria, and Queensland.
David also has experience drafting contracts, which requires working with Head Contractors and Developers. David enjoys regularly helping clients meet their goals and accomplish their intended commercial outcomes by focusing on details and utilising his understanding of the building and construction industry.
