Standard forms
We have an intimate understanding of the embedded risk allocation and limitations of standard form construction contracts: AS2124 and AS4300 v the AS4000 and AS4902; PC-1; FIDIC and other industry standards.
Amendments are often required to these forms dependent on the desired risk allocation and project specific issues. At times a complete bespoke agreement is required.
Contract suites
We regularly prepare a full suite of contract documents for main contractors:
- subcontracts (inc D&C);
- consultancy agreements;
- POs;
- supply agreements; and
- other subcontract documents.
We will also develop a user guide or ‘how to’ manual to accompany a suite of contracts to assist project teams in choosing, preparing the correct documents and then to properly administer these contracts.
