Alternate dispute resolution or ADR can take many forms: mediation; arbitration; expert determination; joint appraisal; or dispute resolution boards.

Security of Payment (adjudication)
Our lawyers are very knowledgeable on ‘Security of Payments’ and have experience with almost all regimes in place across Australia.
