He is a lawyer with an extensive background in competition and product liability laws.
He now assists businesses:
- to define their ethics to ensure alignment with the laws that govern their operations, and
- in the development and implementation of programs aimed at ensuring compliance with the competition laws.
He is a councillor on North Sydney Council.

Devising, implementing and auditing competition law and product liability related compliance programs, internal reporting/monitoring procedures and on-going risk assessment programs for companies in Australia, Europe, New Zealand and the United States.
Mentoring management both as a consultant and board member as it takes the venture through start-up, initial capital raising and listing phases of development. Mentoring has been with ventures primarily in the biotechnology and minerals exploration sectors; with particular attention paid to:
- The use of the budgeting process and expenditure control as an instrument to maintaining focus; and
- Meeting reporting and compliance obligations set by both the Board and the law.
